Configure Mobile Device: Outlook on iOS

iOS Outlook Exchange connectivity:

  1. Open App Store, search for Outlook and install it.
  2. Start Outlook app:
  3. Enter your email (you@hebusa.com or you@hostmysip.com) and click “Add Account“:

  4. Select “Exchange” option:

  5. Enable “Use Advanced Settings” if it’s not enabled, type your username and password:
    Server: mobile.mail.us-east-1.awsapps.com

  6. You are in your Inbox:

  7. List of all folders:

iOS Outlook IMAP connectivity:

  1. Open App Store, search for Outlook and install it.
  2. Start Outlook app:

  3. Enter your email and click “Add Account“:

  4. Select “IMAP” option:

  5. IMAP Incoming Mail Server
    IMAP Hostname: imap.mail.us-east-1.awsapps.com
    IMAP Port: 993
    Port Security: SSL
    Enter your login (you@hebusa.com or you@hostmysip.com) and password

  6. SMTP Outgoing Mail Server
    SMTP Hostname: smtp.mail.us-east-1.awsapps.com
    SMTP Port: 465
    Port Security: SSL
    Enter your login, password and click “Sign In“

  7. Click “Next“

  8. Click “Decline“

  9. Click “Continue to Outlook“

  10. Click “Maybe Later“

  11. You are in your Inbox:

  12. List of all folders:
